Step by Step

The following instructions are relevant for a shelf with two rows and three columns. Your own piece might be different. Please apply the instructions by analogy.


Step 1: Round off the edges with a plane or sandpaper block (use medium graining).


Step 2: Connectors – use a pair of clamps, two sleeve nuts and a threaded rod.


Step 3: Bottom level – use the connectors to join the shelves, pedestals and side panels. Make sure you are using the shorter pedestals in the middle and longer pedestals sidewise.


Step 4: Thighten the connectors with a 4mm Allen wrench (recommended tightening torque: 4Nm).


Step 5: Second level – use the connectors to join the shelves and the middle panels.


Step 6: Thighten the connectors with a 4mm Allen wrench (recommended tightening torque: 4Nm).


Step 7: Place down the second level on the bottom level. Make sure the middle panels are placed properly on the bottom level.


Step 8: Use connectors to join the bottom level, the second level and the next side panels.


Step 9: Top level – use the connectors to join the shelves and the middle panels.


Step 10: Thighten the connectors with a 4mm Allen wrench (recommended tightening torque: 4Nm).


Step 11: Place down the top level on the second level. Make sure the middle panels are placed properly on the second level.


Step 12: Use connectors to join the second level, the top level and the closing side panels.
